Information about the prices:

PRICE CONDITIONS AND DISCOUNTS

• Prices are for apartment for a stay of at least 4 nights.

• There is a price increase for stays of less than 4 days.

• We charge € 8.00 at night for each additional person.

• The price includes: bed linen, hand and shower towels, satellite TV, WiFi, electricity and heating, bread service, use of the parking lot and all fees and taxes, with the exception of the local tax.

• For all persons aged 14 and over, the local tax of € 2.70 per person per night is charged. This income goes to the municipality and is invested in the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services as well as in the organization of cultural and sporting events.

• The price also includes the Premium Holiday Pass
  
  SURCHARGES AND PAYMENT TERMS

• Deposit: We look forward to receiving written reservations via email. The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit (booking security) of €100.00 per week.

• If you are unable to go on the holiday you have booked, we ask that you inform us as early as possible, but at least 30 days before the start of your journey. We will try to re-rent the holiday apartment, otherwise we reserve the right to keep the deposit if you do not start the trip.

• If you arrive later or leave early, the entire booked period will be charged.

• In addition, the cancellation conditions listed below apply.

• Payment: Please pay in cash on site, non-transferable check or bank transfer.
  
  ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE CONDITIONS

• Arrival: On the day of arrival, the holiday apartment is ready for occupancy from 2 p.m., or earlier if agreed.

• Departure: On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the holiday apartment by 9.30 a.m. at the latest.
  
  CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB

• There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you the right to withdraw under the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Art. 1382 ZGB:

• The reservation can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee up to 30 days before the day of arrival at the latest. Only the deposit is retained. In the event of cancellations by the guest in the period between the 30th day and the day of arrival, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees: Cancellation between the 30th day and the 8th day before the day of arrival: 30% of the agreed total price. Cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed total price.

• If the guest does not appear (“no show”) or if the guest leaves early, the full fee for the entire booking period is due.
